  • • As one of Harvey’s founding SMB Account Executives, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth within the legal and professional services markets by establishing new business relationships with small law firms and in-house legal teams, deeply understanding their challenges, and delivering AI solutions that transform how they work.
  • • You will own your book of business by prioritizing warm leads and a named account list to maintain a high velocity sales motion, manage the new business lifecycle from prospecting to contracting, and achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.
  • • You will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, conduct tailored client evaluations including product demonstrations, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to shape Harvey’s solutions for SMB customer needs.
  • • You will proactively develop tactics, collateral, and messaging to improve team performance, document learnings, and contribute to refining the value proposition and sales resources while energized by building from scratch in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using a consultative, solutions-oriented, value-based selling methodology at high velocity.
  • • Ability to independently lead a sales cycle from start to finish and manage a pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • • Ability to lead multi-threaded sales with executive stakeholders, conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • • Demonstrated passion for Harvey’s mission and strong understanding of AI and its applications in knowledge work, with interest in the legal profession.
  • • Team player who can collaborate effectively across internal functions (product, legal, etc.) to achieve common goals.
