  • • You will be instrumental in crafting compelling, value-driven outreach strategies, leveraging personalized communication through email and phone calls to effectively convey the profound impact and benefits of partnering with Pluralsight.
  • • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to sales, requiring you to deeply understand customer needs and align Pluralsight's solutions with their unique business objectives and challenges.
  • • You will be empowered to build robust relationships with a diverse range of customers, meticulously identifying and addressing their evolving requirements to ensure a consistently positive and impactful customer experience.
  • • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer data within Salesforce will be a critical component of your role, ensuring that our sales processes are efficient and informed by reliable information.
  • • A key aspect of your work will involve identifying and prioritizing companies that align with Pluralsight's target industries, possess the specific buyer personas we aim to engage, or have previously demonstrated interest in our offerings.
  • • You will execute a disciplined and consistent outreach process, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive success, including the number of customer meetings held, new pipeline generation, and the booking of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of pricing structures, sales quotas, and transaction processes, enabling you to effectively negotiate and close deals.
