- • Own the end-to-end post-sales journey for hundreds of small-and-medium-business customers using airSlate WorkFlow, ensuring every client extracts maximum value from our no-code automation platform.
- • Drive predictable renewal revenue by proactively engaging accounts 90-120 days before contract expiry, presenting ROI data, and negotiating win-win terms that protect and expand ARR.
- • Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities—additional seats, premium modules, API usage, and adjacent products (SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub)—by mapping customer workflows and surfacing pain points that our broader portfolio can solve.
- • Monitor customer health daily through product-usage telemetry, NPS, support tickets, and CRM notes; translate these signals into risk mitigation plans or growth plays that you execute with speed and precision.
- • Manage a high-volume, tech-touch portfolio (think 300-500 accounts) by building scalable email sequences, in-app messages, webinars, and nurture campaigns that feel personal and drive adoption milestones.
- • Onboard new customers in cohorts, delivering kickoff calls, success plans, and training resources that shorten time-to-first-value and reduce early-stage churn.
- • Collaborate tightly with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing: pass product feedback to Engineering, co-create case studies with Marketing, and loop in Support when technical issues threaten renewals.
- • Act as the voice of the SMB segment in quarterly business reviews, presenting churn, expansion, and satisfaction metrics that influence roadmap and pricing decisions.
- • Maintain spotless CRM hygiene—every interaction, task, and dollar is logged in HubSpot—so leadership can forecast revenue and spot trends in real time.
- • Experiment relentlessly: A/B test messaging, iterate on health-score algorithms, and pilot new automation tools that let one person manage the workload of three without sacrificing customer delight.
- • Represent airSlate at virtual user groups, webinars, and industry events, turning satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates who refer peers and leave glowing reviews.
- • Work flexible hours that overlap with US time zones (EST afternoons) so you can join customer calls and internal syncs without burning the midnight oil.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or renewals-focused Sales within a B2B SaaS company.
- • Demonstrated track record of owning renewals and closing upsell/expansion deals that contributed at least 110% net revenue retention.
- • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and customer-success platforms; comfortable manipulating usage data to build health scores and renewal forecasts.
- • Fluent English—written and spoken—at a C1/C2 level; able to negotiate contracts and present ROI decks to US-based stakeholders.
- • Nice-to-have: experience marketing or selling workflow-automation, e-signature, or document-management solutions to SMB buyers.
