- • As a SMB Sales Manager at Verse Medical Inc., you will lead and manage the Account Executive team to drive growth in at-home healthcare solutions, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering hospital-quality care everywhere by modernizing fragmented care coordination systems.
- • Day to day, you will oversee AE team operations, provide coaching and mentorship, develop and execute sales strategies, conduct training sessions, monitor performance metrics, collaborate with SDR teams on lead handoffs, foster a high-energy team culture, and participate in recruitment efforts.
- • Verse Medical is a well-funded Series C healthcare technology company backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures, building software infrastructure to connect providers, payors, and patients for reliable, high-quality at-home care, with a strong emphasis on transparency, rapid iteration, focused effort, and deep customer empathy.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic sales expertise, build a high-performing team, refine go-to-market strategies for SMB healthcare clients, and grow your impact in a mission-driven organization focused on equitable healthcare access.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience in SDR and AE sales roles as a pipeline builder and closer, plus at least 1 year as a sales leader
- • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with strategic problem-solving and goal achievement
- • Strong leadership and coaching abilities, including willingness to review call recordings and conduct coaching sessions
- • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- • Great written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to learn new things quickly and high motivation for career growth

- • $120,000 base salary with $30,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
