📋 Description

• As an SMM Manager at Dressly, you will lead the social media strategy and execution for a fashion-tech brand leveraging AI to deliver personalized clothing recommendations, helping shape how users express individuality through style.
• You will develop content strategy from scratch, manage multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, create English-language copy for Tier-1 markets (USA, UK, EU), test content formats and hypotheses, and drive engagement through UGC and influencer collaborations.
• You will work within Skelar AS, a venture-builder that launches and scales consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, supporting founders with shared operational infrastructure so teams can focus on product innovation.
• You will gain hands-on experience scaling a fashion brand in global markets, deepen expertise in Meta Ads analytics and performance measurement, and contribute to a mission-driven culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and social impact through initiatives like the SKELAR Foundation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SMM for B2C or consumer tech products on Tier-1 markets (USA, UK, EU) with a portfolio and case studies
• English proficiency at C1+ level for independent content creation targeting USA, UK, and EU audiences
• Knowledge of platform algorithms and growth mechanics on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Threads
• Experience managing a 'web of accounts' — multiple interconnected accounts under a unified strategy
• Proven ability to develop content strategy from scratch, including content planning, thematic rubrics, and format testing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads: setting up, managing, and evaluating campaign performance
• Strong analytical skills: ability to work with metrics (Reach, ER, CPM, CPC, CTR) and derive actionable insights
