📋 Description

• Present short-form social videos for a new UK consumer brand across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Deliver scripted and semi-scripted content on money, insurance, and everyday consumer decisions
• Translate complex financial and insurance topics into clear, relatable, and engaging videos for a broad UK audience
• Communicate examples, numbers, and key takeaways naturally on camera while maintaining calm, confident, and credible delivery
• Collaborate with content, creative, and compliance teams to produce high-quality short-form video content
• Turn researched topics into engaging social scripts by shaping hooks, angles, and delivery to feel natural and human
• Bring warmth and clarity to complex consumer topics while ensuring accuracy and trustworthiness
• Contribute ideas based on what is relevant and engaging for UK social media audiences
• Maintain conversational, grounded delivery that prioritizes clarity, accuracy, and viewer trust
• Film in studio, office, home, or location-based settings depending on video format requirements
• Take direction on tone, pacing, framing, retakes, and script accuracy during filming
• Collaborate with designers to ensure captions, graphics, and supporting visuals enhance and reinforce video messaging
• Help establish and maintain a consistent, recognizable brand voice across all social channels
• Monitor and analyze performance trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to inform content strategy
• Understand how to make useful content feel watchable, shareable, and worth saving
• Apply strong instincts for hooks, pacing, retention, and audience engagement to maximize reach and impact
• Build brand familiarity, trust, and follower growth through authentic, people-led content
• Adjust delivery based on feedback and perform multiple takes to achieve optimal results
• Stay informed about UK social media behavior and evolving platform algorithms
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of content creation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence with clear, confident, and natural delivery
• Experience creating or presenting short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms
• Ability to explain consumer or money-related topics in a calm and credible way
• Comfortable reading scripts involving numbers, examples, and careful wording
• Good understanding of UK audiences and social media behaviour
• Strong instinct for short-form storytelling, hooks, and pacing
