- • The role involves owning and executing VibeCon’s social media presence from now through the June event, creating short-form, high-impact content that generates urgency, social proof, and cultural relevance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing content across social platforms; developing original ideas with strong hooks; collaborating with creators and communities to amplify reach; and maintaining a consistent stream of content that positions VibeCon as culturally unavoidable.
- • The role operates with high autonomy, requiring the individual to act as both a creator and creative director — setting creative vision while executing content quickly and with strong taste.
- • The position sits within Replit, the agentic software creation platform democratizing software development through natural language, and supports VibeCon as a cultural extension of its mission to empower builders and creatives.
