- • Own and execute the full Instagram content strategy for a fast-growing D2C baby subscription brand, aligning all content with brand values and subscription growth objectives
- • Develop and maintain a detailed, forward-looking content calendar that ensures consistent, on-brand posting without reliance on external agencies
- • Proactively identify content gaps and emerging opportunities in the parenting and lifestyle space, bringing data-informed, creative ideas to elevate brand storytelling
- • Create authentic, high-quality short-form video and static content that feels human, relatable, and never AI-generated — designed specifically to resonate with modern moms and parents
- • Write captions that build trust and emotional connection without sounding salesy or transactional, maintaining a warm, conversational tone
- • Curate cover images, design thumbnails, and ensure every visual element is polished, intentional, and aligned with brand aesthetics
- • Actively source, vet, and initiate outreach to micro and mid-tier influencers and UGC creators in the parenting, family, and lifestyle niches
- • Build and manage a sustainable content library of UGC and influencer material to fuel a continuous feed of authentic, user-driven posts
- • Coordinate legal approvals, usage rights, and cross-channel repurposing of creator content to maximize ROI across platforms
- • Monitor Instagram analytics including engagement rates, follower growth, saves, shares, and click-throughs to refine strategy weekly
- • Report on performance trends and iterate on content cycles based on real-time data, not assumptions or trends
- • Maintain full ownership of the Instagram account from strategic planning through execution, with minimal supervision and high autonomy
- • Work remotely with US and UK-based teams using asynchronous communication tools like Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace
- • Deliver high-quality, on-brand content consistently without relying on outsourced agencies — replacing the current US-based vendor with direct ownership
- • Record and appear in on-camera content when required for video posts, candidate videos, or brand storytelling
- • Ensure all content avoids clichés, overly curated aesthetics, and artificial tone, prioritizing authenticity and emotional resonance with target parents
- • Adhere strictly to brand voice guidelines while innovating within them to keep content fresh and culturally relevant
- • Complete all application requirements including a mandatory video submission as the first step in the hiring process
🎯 Requirements
- • Native or near-native English fluency in both writing and speaking
- • A compelling portfolio demonstrating real brand ownership, not just scheduled posts
- • Demonstrably strong visual sensibility and content production skills beyond basic Canva
- • Hands-on experience managing influencer and UGC coordination pipelines
- • Proven track record of owning a social media presence end-to-end
- • Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and proficiency with remote tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace)
