• • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
• • **Strategy Ownership:** Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram) that aligns with brand positioning and revenue goals. Your strategy will be rooted in data-driven insights, ensuring every campaign contributes to engagement, traffic, and revenue growth.
• • **Content Planning & Execution:** Build and oversee structured quarterly and monthly content calendars, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice across all channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, influencer marketing, SEO, and CRM) to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
• • **Performance Optimization:** Own the KPI framework and reporting, tracking metrics such as engagement rate (ER/ERR), reach and impressions growth, CTR/CPM/CPC optimization, conversion rate, first-time deposits (FTDs), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI. Use these insights to refine strategies and maximize performance.
• • **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results. You’ll also manage external vendors and influencers, ensuring partnerships align with business objectives.
• • **Paid Amplification:** Leverage Meta Ads Manager and other paid social tools to amplify organic content, optimize ad spend, and drive targeted traffic and conversions. Your expertise in paid social will be critical to scaling campaigns efficiently.
