- • As Social & Distribution Lead at Flagright Inc., you will own the company's global distribution and social strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets by transforming technical content into high-impact distribution assets aligned with GTM priorities.
- • Day to day, you will own the distribution engine for company content including executive thought leadership, launches, webinars, reports, and events; build and run the founder/executive publishing rhythm on LinkedIn and other channels; repurpose long-form assets into multiple distribution units; manage the company social calendar and monthly newsletters; support field and ABM by amplifying event narratives; track social-assisted traffic and distribution efficiency; ideate community engagement; and build a lightweight employee-advocacy motion.
- • Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast-growing startups. The company operates as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership, backed by Y Combinator and composed of top-tier talent from AWS, Palantir, and similar organizations.
- • In this role, you will develop strong editorial judgment and a data-driven mindset while mastering B2B SaaS distribution strategy, executive ghostwriting, content repurposing at scale, and alignment of social efforts with revenue goals—positioning you as a key driver of Flagright’s market narrative and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • B2B SaaS distribution operator experience, not consumer-style social media management
- • Strong writer and editor capable of ghostwriting for executives while preserving their authentic voice
- • Experience supporting founders or senior executives in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B categories
- • Ability to turn dense technical content into sharper, simpler distribution assets (carousels, short-form posts, hooks, POV threads, etc.)
- • Comfortable working asynchronously with a content lead in another timezone
- • Based in Salt Lake City with right to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
