We are at the forefront of AI-driven life guidance, creating a tool that goes beyond generic advice to facilitate genuine transformation.
  • • As the Social Growth Engineer, you will have end-to-end ownership of our organic social growth. This is a role with significant autonomy, where you will not have a team reporting to you and will be responsible for creating the playbook from scratch. Your responsibilities will include devising innovative content formats, running rigorous experiments, cultivating and managing a network of user-generated content (UGC) creators, and scaling successful strategies. You are someone who naturally dissects how successful apps and brands grow, analyzing their advertising, and reverse-engineering their growth funnels for the sheer intellectual challenge.
  • • A core aspect of this role is developing Quest's distinct social identity. This involves identifying and implementing recurring content formats, compelling hooks, and engaging angles that capture attention in a crowded social media landscape. You will need an innate understanding of what makes content travel and the ability to abstract underlying principles to apply them across different niches, from fitness to AI mentorship.
  • • You will also be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of UGC creators. This goes beyond simple content approval; your focus will be on measurably improving the quality and impact of every video produced. You will provide specific, granular feedback, such as optimizing hook duration, refining calls-to-action, and testing different opener styles (questions vs. statements). Success will be measured by your ability to run structured experiments, systematically rotate variables, and differentiate between lucky breaks and replicable, scalable formats.
  • • Creator sourcing is another critical component. You will identify and recruit talented creators before their market value escalates, establishing an efficient recruiting pipeline through database scraping, targeted outreach sequences, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This involves mastering cold outbound strategies at scale.
  • • You will leverage AI as a powerful tool, not just a novelty. This includes using AI to generate numerous hook variations from a single brief, automatically tagging video performance across your content library, scaling creator feedback, and efficiently scraping and scoring creator databases. You will actively experiment with novel AI-generated content formats that are emerging in the digital space and possess strong opinions on which AI tools genuinely drive measurable results, constantly seeking out new and effective solutions.
  • • Your insights will directly influence product development. You will have a seat at the table in product meetings, as growth and product strategy are intrinsically linked at Quest. If you identify opportunities to enhance Quest's shareability, virality, or stickiness, you will collaborate directly with the engineering team to implement these features.
  • • We are looking for individuals who can articulate the structural reasons behind content success – not just superficial trends. You understand what makes a hook compelling, why a call-to-action converts, and the psychology of sharing. Demonstrable experience in growing something, whether it's an app, a brand, a creator program, a personal account, or a community, is essential. The scale of growth is less important than the understanding of the underlying drivers. A data-driven mindset is paramount; you will track experiments proactively and be motivated to A/B test for continuous improvement. You must be actively and seriously integrating AI into your daily workflow, possessing well-formed opinions on its efficacy. The ability to ship fast, learn from a high volume of tests, and demonstrate exceptional self-starting capabilities are key. If you're the type of person who, upon learning about Quest, would immediately start brainstorming content angles and potential creators, you're likely a strong fit.
  • • Bonus points include experience running a UGC program or creator campaign, a proven track record of growing something via organic social media, a solid understanding of consumer psychology, experience coordinating with external collaborators, and a small, intentionally built online following.
  • • Conversely, this role is not a fit for those who view social strategy as merely posting on a content calendar, have never run content experiments beyond vanity metrics, require a pre-existing team and playbook, wish to specialize in only one area (creative, data, or outreach), are not actively using AI in their workflow, or prefer strategy presentation over execution.

  • • Demonstrated experience in growing an audience, product, or community through organic social media or creator initiatives, regardless of scale.
  • • Proficient in leveraging AI tools daily for content generation, analysis, and workflow optimization, with strong opinions on effective AI strategies.
  • • A highly data-driven approach, with a track record of running structured experiments, tracking key metrics, and iterating based on performance data.
