  • • Own end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid social advertising strategy, including campaign structure, budget allocation, bidding, audience targeting, optimization, and scaling across the company’s product portfolio.
  • • Drive paid social performance against defined KPIs: achieving target blended CPA, maximizing channel-level ROAS, ensuring efficient budget pacing, and increasing creative testing velocity and win rate.
  • • Manage daily and weekly optimizations to maintain channel efficiency as spend scales, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns based on real-time performance metrics.
  • • Lead the creative engine by partnering with content creators, designers, and video producers to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative; define a repeatable testing roadmap and translate creative learnings into scalable systems.
  • • Design and execute disciplined A/B tests across creative assets, audience segments, ad placements, and offers; isolate signal from noise and document winning variations for replication.
  • • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance against targets, surface actionable insights to the growth team, and collaborate with data colleagues to ensure accurate attribution and measurement.
  • • Expand the paid social channel beyond Meta as the program matures, applying the same target-driven, performance-focused methodology to new platforms such as YouTube, Google Display, or TikTok.
  • • Coordinate cross-functionally with the paid search team, external agency partners, and product teams to align messaging, landing pages, and audience strategy across the customer funnel.
  • • Operate with full ownership of budget and performance outcomes, making autonomous decisions grounded in data rather than intuition.
  • • Maintain a hands-on, execution-focused role — actively managing ad accounts daily, not overseeing others — with direct accountability for channel growth and profitability.
  • • Establish a scalable system for creative production and testing, leveraging UGC pipelines or internal creative resources to sustain high-volume, high-impact ad output.
  • • Translate complex performance data into clear strategic recommendations, using analytical tools and dashboards to inform budget decisions and channel strategy.
  • • Work within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where performance is measured daily and growth is driven by measurable, accountable outcomes.
  • • Adapt quickly to changing platform algorithms, ad formats, and consumer behaviors while maintaining consistent performance against targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years managing paid social campaigns with direct ownership of budget and performance, ideally in a D2C, subscription, or app/web product environment.
  • • Deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, Advantage+ / ASC, audience strategy, pixel/Conversions API, and creative-first optimization.
  • • Performance-driven mindset with proven ability to make decisions based on CPA and ROAS data, not gut feeling.
  • • Strong creative instincts and ability to brief and direct creative teams without being the designer.
  • • Analytical fluency with reporting tools, attribution models, and translating performance data into actionable insights.
  • • Self-directed and organized, capable of owning a full channel independently with minimal supervision.
