- • Own the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns for 5–7 mid-market and enterprise B2B clients, from quarterly strategy design through daily optimization, ensuring every dollar spent is tied to SQLs and closed-won revenue rather than vanity metrics.
- • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client marketing leaders, translating complex performance data into clear narratives that secure buy-in, budget increases, and long-term renewals.
- • Architect and execute high-impact LinkedIn programs that leverage Conversation Ads, Document Ads, CTV placements, and emerging beta units—always testing, learning, and scaling what works.
- • Build and refine Total Addressable Market (TAM) models using ZoomInfo, 6Sense, and first-party CRM data to create laser-focused audience segments by tier, persona, and buying stage.
- • Write and iterate ad copy, creative briefs, and landing-page messaging that speak directly to CFOs, CMOs, and VPs of Sales, balancing brand voice with direct-response discipline.
- • Forecast, allocate, and pace monthly media budgets ranging from $25K to $250K per client, reallocating spend in real time based on pipeline velocity and LTV:CAC targets.
- • Partner with RevOps to ensure every lead is routed correctly in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo, and that offline conversion data flows back into ad platforms for algorithmic optimization.
- • Deliver weekly performance recaps and monthly executive QBRs that showcase wins, surface risks, and propose next-quarter experiments tied to North Star Metrics (NSMs).
- • Collaborate with Abe’s Associate Director and cross-functional pods (creative, analytics, web dev) to launch coordinated campaigns that span paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
- • Drive incremental revenue through upsells (additional platforms, creative packages) and referrals by nurturing relationships that position Abe as an indispensable growth partner.
- • Stay on the bleeding edge of LinkedIn and Meta product releases, sharing POVs internally and externally to keep clients—and Abe—ahead of the curve.
- • Travel up to once per year per client to present roadmaps, run workshops, and deepen executive relationships (average 2–3 trips annually).
- • Champion Abe’s Customer Generation methodology, evangelizing SQL-centric thinking across client teams and mentoring junior strategists on the craft.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge base, SOPs, and lunch-and-learns that raise the bar for the entire social media practice.
