  • • Develop and execute a data-informed social media strategy aligned with Global Talent Co.’s premium positioning, ensuring all content reflects the firm’s expertise in music rights valuation, strategic transactions, and IP advisory services.
  • • Create high-quality, platform-optimized content including LinkedIn articles, Instagram carousels, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), and visual graphics that simplify complex topics like royalty structures, catalog valuation methodologies, and deal structuring for professional audiences.
  • • Manage end-to-end social media operations: content calendars, scheduling via tools like Buffer or Hootsuite, real-time community engagement, comment moderation, and timely responses to maintain brand authority and audience trust.
  • • Collaborate closely with the founder and advisory team to extract insights from client transactions, market trends, and industry reports, transforming them into accessible, authoritative content pieces that educate and engage.
  • • Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice across all touchpoints — characterized by sophistication, strategic depth, and authenticity — avoiding generic or overly promotional language in favor of nuanced, industry-savvy storytelling.
  • • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using platform analytics and third-party tools, iterating on format, timing, and messaging to optimize reach, engagement, and lead generation within target B2B segments.
  • • Stay ahead of emerging content trends in the professional services and entertainment sectors, experimenting with new formats (e.g., LinkedIn Newsletters, short-form explainer videos) while ensuring alignment with the firm’s conservative, high-value brand identity.
  • • Contribute to the long-term vision of positioning Global Talent Co. as the go-to advisor for music IP transactions by building a recognizable, trusted digital presence that differentiates the firm in a competitive, relationship-driven market.
  • • Develop skills in financial literacy as it pertains to music assets, learning how to interpret and communicate complex valuation models, royalty streams, and investment structures through clear, compelling narratives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management and/or content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating ability to produce professional-grade content for B2B or premium audiences.
  • • Native or near-native fluency in English (written and spoken), with exceptional writing skills capable of translating technical music industry and financial concepts into clear, engaging, and authoritative content.
  • • Strong understanding of current content trends, digital storytelling techniques, and platform-specific best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging platforms like TikTok in a professional services context.
  • • Experience creating content for B2B, premium brands, professional services, or financial advisory firms is highly preferred, demonstrating ability to speak to sophisticated, decision-making audiences.
  • • Familiarity with the music industry ecosystem — including artists, songwriters, publishers, rights management, licensing, and intellectual property — is strongly preferred to ensure contextual accuracy and credibility.
  • • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and consistently generate creative, on-brand content ideas without constant supervision, demonstrating ownership and proactive problem-solving.
