- • Manage social media content strategy and planning across multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and LGBTQ cultural authenticity.
- • Develop and maintain detailed social media calendars for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, coordinating content schedules with client campaign timelines.
- • Write compelling, platform-specific social media captions and long-form marketing content including website copy, blog articles, and newsletters tailored to LGBTQ audiences.
- • Conceptualize social media campaigns and storytelling angles that drive authentic engagement and reflect cultural nuance within the LGBTQ community.
- • Collaborate with designers and creators to ensure visual and tonal consistency between written content and accompanying graphics or videos.
- • Schedule, publish, and monitor daily social media posts across multiple platforms while maintaining brand voice and campaign objectives.
- • Engage with audience comments and messages to foster community interaction and strengthen brand loyalty within LGBTQ spaces.
- • Track performance metrics for social media posts and campaigns, analyzing engagement trends, reach, and conversion indicators to inform content optimizations.
- • Provide data-driven insights to refine content strategies based on audience behavior, platform algorithms, and campaign outcomes.
- • Ensure all content adheres to culturally sensitive guidelines and avoids harmful stereotypes or misrepresentations of LGBTQ identities.
- • Work within a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment, balancing competing deadlines across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
