📋 Description

• The Social Media & Content Specialist will manage the social media presence for a rapidly growing U.S.-based restoration and construction services company, creating engaging content and building audience relationships to strengthen digital identity and support organic brand awareness.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms; maintaining a consistent posting schedule; monitoring comments and messages; editing and repurposing photos, videos, and project updates; creating short-form video content like reels and stories; managing a content calendar; tracking performance metrics; and providing reports on follower growth, engagement, and reach.
• The role supports a client in the restoration and construction industry that is investing in brand awareness, community engagement, and organic audience growth through social media as it expands into local markets.
• The specialist will develop skills in content strategy, analytics-driven optimization, cross-platform content adaptation, and audience engagement while contributing to measurable growth in brand visibility and community trust, followers, and engagement for a purpose-driven business.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously
• Portfolio demonstrating social media growth and content creation results
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities
