📋 Description
- • The Social Media Coordinator will execute the company’s social media strategy, manage content calendars, create and edit content, and engage with the online community across multiple platforms to strengthen brand visibility and build an engaged digital community for a leading provider of high-quality cables and IT accessories serving businesses and individual consumers in the tech and networking space.
- • Day to day, the role involves planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms; maintaining and managing the content calendar; editing posts and copy using tools like Canva and Figma; responding to comments, messages, and mentions; fostering an active and positive online community; building relationships with followers, customers, and influencers; staying up to date with social media trends and platform updates; monitoring post and campaign performance; collaborating with marketing and creative teams; preparing weekly or monthly performance reports; analyzing social media performance data; and optimizing campaigns and content to align with business objectives and audience engagement goals.
- • The team is part of a growing, collaborative environment supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST), and is focused on strengthening brand visibility, building an engaged digital community, and creating consistent, high-quality social media content that connects with audiences across multiple platforms.
- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve expertise in social media strategy execution, content creation and optimization using design tools, community engagement and relationship building, data-driven performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration with marketing teams, and contributing to the growth of an established brand in the tech and networking industry through strategic social media initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in social media management or similar roles
- • Experience creating and managing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- • Proficiency with design tools including Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to stay current with social media trends and apply new ideas effectively
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage content calendars and campaigns efficiently
