📋 Description

• We are looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to help scale our product through social media channels.
• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working with TikTok and/or Instagram (Reels) as growth channels for mobile products.
• The role involves developing and implementing a strategy for organic growth on social media, focusing on reach, engagement, and installs.
• The candidate will be responsible for generating and systematically testing content hypotheses for TikTok and Instagram (Reels), analyzing competitors, trends, and effective formats, and creating and implementing processes for automation.
• The Social Media Growth Manager will also be responsible for tracking and interpreting key metrics (views, CTR, conversions, installs) to make decisions and optimize the strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with TikTok and/or Instagram (Reels) as growth channels for mobile products.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, virality, and trends, and the ability to find formats with potential for growth.
• Experience in systematic testing of hypotheses, working with growth metrics (views, CTR, installs, conversions), and scaling what works.
• Ability to create content that not only gets views but also brings business results.
• Self-motivation, ownership of results, strategic thinking, and the ability to build processes.
• Creativity, proactivity, and a desire to develop a new growth channel.
