  • • The Social Media Manager will own and grow the organization's social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and executive thought leadership, translating complex research and compensation insights into engaging, accessible content that resonates with executive audiences.
  • • Day to day, the person will develop and manage the social media content calendar, create posts and graphics, engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, collaborate with subject matter experts, track performance metrics, and support integrated marketing campaigns.
  • • The team is part of a high-growth macro research and advisory firm that delivers strategic insights in compensation strategy, labor economics, people analytics, and business intelligence to help executive leaders make informed decisions.
  • • In this role, the person can learn to bridge technical research with compelling storytelling, deepen expertise in B2B thought leadership, and drive measurable impact on brand visibility and executive audience engagement through data-driven social media strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of social media management experience
  • • Experience supporting B2B, consulting, professional services, or financial services organizations
  • • Proven track record of growing engaged social media audiences
  • • Experience managing social media strategy and content calendars
  • • Experience developing thought leadership content
  • • Experience analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics
