Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• • We're looking for a Social Media Manager who doesn't just manage content — they own it. You'll have full ownership of our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube: the strategy, the output, the team, and the numbers.
• • You'll write the scripts, organize the shoots, direct the editors, and make sure everything that goes out is something we're proud of.
• • This is a high-output, video-first role. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and have strong opinions about what makes content actually perform, read on.
• • What You'll Own:
• • Full platform ownership — consistency, quality, and performance across all channels
• • Script writing — at least 3 short-form posts per week (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and 1 YouTube video per week
• • Production coordination — organizing shoots with on-camera talent and managing schedules
• • Editorial pipeline — running video editors from script through shoot to final cut
• • Quality control — reviewing all content before it goes live and giving clear, actionable feedback to the team
• • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• • Proven experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or creator at scale
• • Strong scriptwriting skills — you know how to hook, hold, and convert
• • Hands-on experience coordinating video production (shoots, talent, editors)
• • Sharp eye for quality — you can tell a good edit from a great one, and you know why
• • Comfortable working across short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) formats
• • Data-driven mindset — you track what's working and adjust accordingly
• • Organized and reliable — you keep the team on schedule without micromanaging
• • Monthly Salary:
• • Salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross/month depending on experience.
