- • As a Social Media Manager at Credit Acceptance Corporation, you will own and evolve the company’s organic social media presence across dealer and consumer audiences, translating business priorities into clear, effective strategies that drive measurable outcomes and align with the company’s Big, Hairy, Audacious Goals.
- • Day to day, you will develop and manage content calendars, create social-first content (copy, light visuals, short-form video), own publishing across platforms, manage community engagement in compliance with legal guidelines, monitor brand sentiment, analyze performance data, and optimize content, cadence, and channel approach while partnering with creative, design, video, and paid media teams.
- • You will join Credit Acceptance’s in-house Creative team within a world-class, award-winning culture recognized for stability, innovation, and a Great Place to Work environment, collaborating with diverse professionals across departments in a dynamic, flexible, and autonomous remote setting.
- • In this role, you will develop strategic expertise in B2B and B2C social media, master cross-functional collaboration, gain hands-on experience with analytics and optimization, and grow your ability to drive business impact through data-informed social strategies in a regulated financial services industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for brands (not personal accounts)
- • Demonstrated experience owning and executing social strategies that drive measurable results
- • Experience creating and publishing content across multiple platforms
- • Experience analyzing performance and optimizing accordingly
