- • As a Social Media Manager at tem, you will own and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, shaping how a B2B energy technology brand engages with its audience and builds authentic connections through strategic content and community interaction.
- • Day to day, you will schedule and publish content, manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs, collaborate with the Content Producer and Content Lead on the content calendar, ghostwrite executive LinkedIn posts, and analyze performance to inform strategy.
- • tem is rebuilding the global energy transaction infrastructure using AI to create transparency, fairness, and efficiency in electricity markets, having raised $75M in Series B funding and already facilitating billions in transaction value through its RED product for business customers.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B social media strategy, executive personal branding, and platform-specific content optimization, while contributing to the launch of new channels like TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts as the company scales internationally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 to 4 years in social media with a clear track record of growing brand channels
- • Platform instinct: format, timing, and tone as native variables, not afterthoughts
- • Short-form copywriting that stops the scroll and sounds like a real voice
- • Experience ghostwriting or supporting senior people on social, with results to show
- • Organised and accountable: you build systems that don't rely on reminders
- • Fluent AI user with the judgment to know when not to use it
