- • Create and publish regular, platform-specific content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube based on strategic priorities set by the Marketing Director
- • Design visually compelling social media posts using Canva and Adobe Photoshop to align with brand guidelines and audience preferences
- • Write engaging, tone-adapted copy for each platform to maximize engagement and resonance with target audiences in bathroom renovations, DIY, and home improvement
- • Collaborate with the video editor to coordinate video content needs, provide creative direction, and ensure alignment with the content calendar
- • Implement and schedule all published content using Hootsuite to maintain consistent posting rhythms and optimal timing
- • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and community interactions across all platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics including engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness
- • Execute Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO) initiatives by managing citations provided by Athena HQ to ensure accurate brand information across AI platforms
- • Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to editors and publications using approved templates to increase brand visibility in AI-generated search responses
- • Monitor and report on LLM share of voice performance and citation impact to measure improvements in AI-driven search presence
- • Actively engage daily with relevant online communities on Reddit and other forums related to bathroom renovations, DIY, and home improvement
- • Participate authentically in discussions using the brand voice to build trust, visibility, and customer loyalty
- • Identify opportunities to enhance SEO and brand authority through LLMO strategies and improve positioning in AI-powered search results
- • Maintain strict adherence to the approved content calendar while contributing creative input to optimize content performance
- • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports detailing engagement trends, campaign outcomes, and recommendations for improvement
- • Work exclusively during U.S. business hours (8 AM - 5 PM EST) to support U.S.-based clients and align with team workflows
- • Operate independently as a self-starter with strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and evolving priorities
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management and digital marketing
- • Proven track record of creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- • Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling platforms
- • Familiarity with LLMO, GEO, and AI-powered search strategies preferred
- • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for visual content creation
- • Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences
