📋 Description

• This is a hands-on performance role focused on building and optimising paid social media campaigns across Meta, Reddit, TikTok and emerging platforms, with responsibility for driving demand, improving marketing performance and supporting company growth in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Day to day, you will develop and lead paid social strategies, configure technical campaign setups, analyse performance data, run hypothesis-led tests, manage budgets for maximum ROI, and collaborate with creative, brand, UX, analytics, product and clinical teams to ensure compliant, high-performing campaigns.
• You will join Montu UK, a fast-growing digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines, operating in a collaborative and supportive environment where your work directly impacts patient access to safe and effective treatments.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in regulated advertising, advanced attribution modelling, cross-platform campaign governance and data-driven decision making, while gaining exposure to international markets and multi-channel performance marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ professional experience in paid digital performance marketing
• Demonstrable experience managing paid social campaigns at scale across Meta, TikTok and/or Reddit
• Proven experience operating within regulated or restricted advertising environments (e.g. healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services)
• Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data, attribution and conversion funnels
• Strong technical understanding of paid media tracking, analytics and campaign architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
