- • As a Social Media Support Specialist at Replit, you will be at the forefront of helping developers build applications using natural language while managing the company's social media presence and community interactions across platforms like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, and app stores.
- • You will work directly with customers via support tickets and social media to resolve account, billing, and product issues, monitor channels for feedback and technical concerns, manage escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and accurate representation of user needs.
- • You will join a small, global team of support specialists and engineers united by Replit’s mission to democratize software development and empower the next billion software creators, operating in a hybrid environment from the NYC SoHo office.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical support, social media community management, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining deep insight into developer needs and product improvement while representing Replit’s brand voice with clarity and empathy.
