📋 Description
- • The Software Architect II role at Ardent Mills LLC is critical to defining the structure, behavior, and long-term evolution of software systems that support business objectives and user needs. This position ensures technical excellence, alignment with enterprise architecture, and adherence to quality, security, and delivery standards across digital platforms.
- • Day to day, the Software Architect II will lead software design initiatives, guide development teams in adopting architectural patterns and best practices, oversee infrastructure strategy including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), define data models and database designs, and assist in project planning and milestone tracking. The role involves close collaboration with developers, QA, business analysts, product managers, and cloud engineers to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality software delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- • 8+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, ideally in a leadership capacity
- • Expert understanding of software development and agile project management principles
- • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Excellent communication and leadership skills
- • In-depth understanding of Azure DevOps (preferred)

- • Market-driven base pay with a starting range of $102,600.00 - $136,896.10
- • Target bonus eligibility under MIP at 15% annual based on performance and company results
