- • The Software CSM Manager for the Southeast Region is responsible for managing customer service contracts and relationships for CommandCenter Software, ensuring contractual obligations are met and driving resources to resolve complex issues across the customer base.
- • Day to day, the role involves collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, and support teams; managing service agreements; coordinating field resources; reducing time to resolution; handling escalations; ensuring best practices; delivering consistent service levels; managing technical changes; reporting on performance; explaining technical solutions; and building trusted advisor relationships with customers.
- • The role resides in Global Services at Motorola Solutions, a global organization dedicated to keeping people safer through technology that protects people, property, and places, fostering collaboration for safer communities, schools, hospitals, businesses, and nations.
- • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in CommandCenter Software, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, drive customer satisfaction and operational acceptance, and grow as a trusted technical advisor while contributing to the safety and success of critical customer ecosystems.
