📋 Description
- • The Senior Technical Software Delivery Manager at FICO plays a critical role in driving strategic software delivery initiatives for the FICO Software Product Organization, ensuring successful end-to-end Platform as a Service (PaaS) delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- • Day to day, the role involves overseeing the full product delivery lifecycle, leading release management operations, coordinating across technology teams, managing risks and dependencies, establishing KPIs for delivery effectiveness, and fostering continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices.
- • FICO is a global leader in analytics software, serving over 100 countries with solutions in credit scoring, fraud detection, and lending, and is committed to innovation, inclusion, and employee growth in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in enterprise software delivery, deepen your knowledge of cloud platforms and agile frameworks, influence cross-functional collaboration at scale, and advance your career through impactful contributions to high-stakes financial technology products.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- • Strong background in full lifecycle delivery for PaaS products and operations
- • Experience planning and delivering commercial software using agile processes on public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- • Proficiency with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Aha! for tracking software releases
- • Scaled Agile Certification is preferred
