- • As a Software Developer II on the ShareGate Protect team, you will design, develop, and maintain fullstack features using C# .NET and React, contributing to end-to-end feature delivery from front-end to back-end while influencing technical and product decisions.
- • You will work closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to translate customer needs into functional solutions, ensuring code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement, and actively participating in architectural discussions and best practices.
- • You will join a multidisciplinary squad of 2–3 full-stack developers, a Product Manager, a Product Designer, and an Engineering Manager—experienced, product-oriented developers who value both technical excellence and customer impact.
- • You will tackle challenges involving large-scale data management, designing efficient solutions for querying, filtering, and displaying data smoothly, requiring smart technical decisions around performance, user experience, and data/interface architecture.
- • You will grow your expertise in fullstack development, SQL (especially PostgreSQL), and product-driven engineering within a company that builds AI-powered HR tools and market-leading Microsoft 365 governance solutions used by over 20,000 companies worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in software development
- • Fullstack development experience
- • Proficiency in C# .NET
- • Experience with React
- • Solid understanding of SQL databases
- • Experience with PostgreSQL
