📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end technical support journey for 800+ global partners, acting as the single point of contact from initial ticket creation through final resolution. You will leverage JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Go to diagnose and repair live production issues on partner websites, often while stakeholders observe in real time, transforming high-pressure incidents into moments of trust and confidence.
• Master the art of rapid triage: reproduce bugs spanning front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers by reading stack traces, querying SQL and NoSQL databases, and navigating unfamiliar Vue.js, Node.js, React, and Go codebases. Your fixes will ship within hours, not weeks, directly protecting millions of dollars in partner revenue.
• Communicate fluently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will join Zoom calls with marketers, product managers, and engineers from Samsung, IKEA, Nike, Virgin, and high-growth startups, translating complex root-cause analyses into concise business impact statements that everyone can understand and act upon.
• Build internal tooling that prevents future incidents. You will design lightweight web dashboards that surface anomalies before partners notice them, author scripts that auto-patch common misconfigurations, and create self-service documentation that reduces ticket volume by 30%. Your code will be battle-tested by 1,200 global brands and experienced by hundreds of millions of end users.
• Embed yourself in the Optimus squad, an elite, agile team that ships daily, retros weekly, and measures success by partner Net Promoter Score and platform uptime. Expect daily stand-ups at 09:00 TRT, pair programming sessions, and rigorous code reviews that sharpen your skills while maintaining 99.9% uptime.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals
• Basic familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Eagerness to learn Go (Golang) and work with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work remotely within Turkey and collaborate across global time zones
