📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-enabled software solutions for desktop and web environments to support intelligence analysis in law enforcement, national security, defense, and commercial sectors.
• Collaborate on systems integrating machine learning models, data pipelines, and cloud-native architectures to deliver actionable intelligence from massive, complex datasets.
• Contribute to building secure, reliable, and scalable services that enable customers to uncover hidden patterns and connections in data related to human trafficking, financial fraud, and other critical threats.
• Work across multiple technical domains including data engineering, model deployment, and user-centric application design to support end-to-end AI-first applications.
• Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Actively explore emerging AI technologies and frameworks to enhance product capabilities and maintain technological edge in intelligence analysis tools.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to translate complex analytical requirements into functional software components that serve global customers across 130+ countries.
• Maintain a growth mindset by seeking feedback, learning from experienced engineers and data scientists, and adapting to evolving project demands.
• Support the deployment and optimization of AI-driven visualization tools that empower analysts to make real-time, data-informed decisions.
• Ensure software solutions adhere to industry standards for security, performance, and scalability in mission-critical environments.
• Contribute to collaborative development workflows using industry-standard tools for version control, code review, and continuous integration.
• Document code, processes, and system interactions to support team knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability of software products.
• Assist in testing, debugging, and refining AI models and data pipelines to improve accuracy and reliability of insights delivered to customers.
• Apply software development fundamentals to build robust, maintainable codebases in alignment with team architecture and design patterns.
• Stay informed about advancements in artificial intelligence, particularly in supervised learning, NLP, and computer vision, to inform development decisions.
