📋 Description

• As a Software Development Engineer at Ciroos Inc., you will design and develop a next-generation scalable observability platform that integrates AI agents to analyze logs, traces, and metrics in real time, delivering automated insights and remediation for cloud-native and hybrid infrastructures.
• Your day-to-day work will involve building resilient distributed systems, engineering large-scale analytics pipelines for high-velocity telemetry data, implementing and fine-tuning LLMs for natural language querying, and creating intelligent AI agent frameworks that automate incident investigation and remediation.
• You will join a well-funded early-stage AI startup with offices in the US, India, and Europe, backed by top-tier VCs, where experienced entrepreneurs and engineers have built multiple billion-dollar products from scratch, operating in a fast-paced environment focused on shaping the future of AI-driven Observability solutions.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in distributed systems, real-time data processing, LLM integration, and cloud-native observability while contributing to cutting-edge AI SRE technology that works alongside SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and IT Operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python and Golang (experience with Rust is a plus)
• Track record of building distributed systems and large-scale analytics pipelines
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of observability technologies (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Elastic, etc.)
• Proficiency in database technologies (SQL & NoSQL, Clickhouse, Time-Series DBs)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in building highly scalable systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/PhD is a plus)
