📋 Description

• As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will play a critical role in defining the next-gen paradigm for human-AI interaction at Plaud, a bootstrapped and profitable company with a $250M revenue run rate achieved in just three years.
• You will be responsible for full-lifecycle testing, including functional, performance, stability, and compatibility testing for core server modules, as well as migration safeguarding, AI system and algorithm evaluation, and test engineering and automation.

• You will be responsible for server-side & architecture QA, AI system & algorithm evaluation, AI infra & model release, and test engineering & automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience testing large server-side architecture refactors, microservices, and message queues
• Experience testing LLM/Embedding/RAG/Agent products; familiar with vector-retrieval systems (Elasticsearch/Faiss/Milvus) and inference frameworks (vLLM/Triton)
• Familiar with automation frameworks (Selenium/Playwright/Pytest) and Kubernetes/Docker
• Has an established methodology for AI product quality assurance
