- • As a Software Development Engineer in Test at Ciroos Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability of AI-driven observability systems by building validation layers that go beyond monitoring to actively test and verify system behavior under failure conditions.
- • Day to day, you will design and build scalable automation frameworks for API, integration, and end-to-end testing; implement chaos engineering and failure injection practices; establish CI/CD reliability gates; and collaborate with SRE, platform, and backend teams to ensure systems are both observable and testable.
- • You will join an early-stage, well-funded AI startup with a mission to create an AI SRE teammate that investigates incidents, determines root causes, and automates remediation — working alongside experienced entrepreneurs and engineers who have built multiple billion-dollar products.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Kubernetes internals, distributed systems, and reliability engineering while leading cross-team initiatives to shape a robust validation layer that reduces production incidents and improves system resilience.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong coding skills in Python and Go (mandatory)
- • Hands-on experience with EKS, GKE, or other managed Kubernetes platforms
- • Experience designing large-scale automation and validation systems
- • Proficiency in Shell scripting and infrastructure automation
- • Deep understanding of observability stacks, alerting frameworks, and production incident handling
- • Background in chaos testing and reliability engineering practices
