Software Development Engineer in Test

📋 Description

• • As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at FundraiseUp Inc., you will work in a platform engineering role focused on building quality infrastructure and tooling for the entire engineering organization, ensuring reliable and scalable testing practices across a complex product ecosystem.
• • Day to day, you will design and maintain reusable quality tooling and services, build and evolve end-to-end test frameworks from scratch, develop and support CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, work with mocking and service virtualization tools, conduct R&D and validate technical solutions via proof-of-concept, collaborate with product and QA teams to improve test infrastructure, and build analytics and observability around test quality and stability.
• • You will join a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers, mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus, where deep technical curiosity, knowledge sharing, thoughtful collaboration, and strong engineering practices are valued.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in platform-level quality engineering, gain hands-on experience with modern testing stacks (TypeScript, Jest, Playwright, Docker, Jenkins, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse), and contribute to reusable solutions that impact multiple engineering teams, advancing your skills in test infrastructure, CI/CD optimization, and quality analytics.
