  • • Lead and manage Workday integration delivery across modules, ensuring successful planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hyper care in collaboration with People teams and stakeholders.
  • • Oversee release management, tenant management, authentication, and security domain configuration in Workday, ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Payroll, Infrastructure, Enterprise Risk and Compliance, and Audit to support the Workday operating model and drive integration standards, reusable assets, and best practices.
  • • Build and develop a global Workday integration technical team, fostering collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement while aligning with enterprise roadmaps for successful outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • • Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting Workday Integrations and managing Workday tenant or platform operations.
  • • Proven experience managing a Workday Integration team handling a wide portfolio of inbound/outbound integrations from design to implementation.
  • • Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, XSLTs, SFTP, SSH/PGP, OAuth 2.0, and Workday security domain configuration.
  • • Experience leading release management, tenant migration strategies, integration architecture design, and building global technical teams in large, complex Workday programs.
