- • Software Engineer role at Lorikeet Software Pty Ltd, a fast-growing AI-powered customer support platform serving complex businesses like fintechs, healthtechs, and marketplaces. You’ll join the founding New York engineering team to help build the company’s first US office from the ground up, with real ownership and influence over technical direction and culture.
- • Day to day, you’ll take ownership of hard problems from idea to production, working closely with coding agents as a core part of your development workflow — prompting, reviewing, iterating, and shipping features end-to-end while exercising strong engineering judgment to ensure quality and reliability before code reaches production.
- • Lorikeet is an engineering-led company founded by alumni from Google’s generative AI team, Stripe, Canva, Atlassian, Dropbox, and Dovetail, backed by over $50M in funding from top VCs and industry leaders. The company is defining what AI-first SaaS product development looks like, operating at the frontier of UI/UX, capabilities, and data models for automated customer support.
- • You’ll have the opportunity to grow rapidly in a high-performance, high-trust environment where engineers are treated as owners, receive monthly investor updates, and work on novel problems that go beyond current research lab frontiers — all while contributing to a diverse, inclusive team that values user obsession and learning over traditional credentials.
