- • Join a small, fast-moving engineering team at a seed-stage AI voice platform company building the infrastructure that powers thousands of automated customer conversations every day.
- • This is a high-impact, end-to-end ownership role — you'll work directly alongside customers, shape core architecture decisions, and ship meaningful product experiences in an AI-first, communications-enabled environment.
- • You'll be part of a driven, low-ego team working on-site in Berlin.
- • Work closely with customers to deeply understand their problems and design product experiences that solve real challenges.
- • Build scalable backend infrastructure capable of handling thousands of AI-driven phone calls per day.
- • Create intuitive, AI-first user experiences that set a new standard for human–machine interaction.
- • Own high-stakes projects end-to-end — from initial concept through production deployment and post-release support.
- • Contribute to core architectural decisions that shape the platform's future.
- • This role is on-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates must be willing and able to work from the Berlin office. Remote work is not available for this position.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- • Strong PostgreSQL experience, including complex queries, performance tuning, and optimization.
- • Proven experience designing scalable backend architectures and making core product and architectural decisions.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Salary: €75,000 – €160,000 per year, depending on experience.
