📋 Description
- • Join a global team developing Epiq Discovery, a premier eDiscovery platform handling complex legal matters and petabyte-scale unstructured data.
- • Build and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript within an Agile development environment.
- • Collaborate directly with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences across the platform.
- • Experiment with modern cloud technologies to solve challenging eDiscovery problems and improve system performance.
- • Dissect large volumes of legal data to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and efficiency gains.
- • Contribute to code refactoring initiatives and reduce technical debt while evolving project standards and best practices.
- • Write, maintain, and expand unit and integration tests using Jest and Python Testing Library to ensure code reliability and quality.
- • Work within a distributed, multi-country team operating across time zones, supporting rapid global expansion of the platform.
- • Implement new features and enhancements based on design specifications from Figma or similar tools.
- • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI-driven capabilities into the eDiscovery platform.
- • Engage in continuous learning and professional growth through enterprise-wide learning and mobility programs.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with flexibility recognized externally, supporting work-life balance.
- • Contribute to the evolution of the platform’s architecture, including potential exposure to micro-frontends.
- • Maintain alignment with Epiq’s Leadership Compass principles: fostering collaboration, engaging stakeholders, maximizing performance, and achieving operational success.
- • Work with Material UI or comparable UI frameworks to ensure consistent, accessible, and scalable user interfaces.
- • Support end-to-end testing efforts using Cypress or Playwright where applicable to validate user workflows.
- • Operate under a remote work model within Poland, with options for either B2B contract or Umowa o Pracę (with KUP).
