📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power Actimize products used by global enterprises to fight financial crime and ensure public safety. Your work will directly contribute to innovative, AI-enabled systems that process billions of financial transactions daily, making a tangible impact on security and compliance at scale.
• You will design, develop, and enhance software features using Java and Python aligned with architecture and product requirements; build scalable, secure services on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS); contribute to AI-enabled features by integrating ML/AI components; develop intuitive UI modules using modern JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or VueJS; collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, Product, DevOps, and QA; ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices; work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment; participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives; troubleshoot production and development issues with ownership; and continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and frameworks.
• You will join a dynamic engineering team within NICE’s Actimize division, part of a global innovation leader with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, trusted by 25,000+ businesses including 85 of the Fortune 100. 🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
• Strong programming skills in Java and good working knowledge of Python
• Proficiency with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, or similar cloud components)
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, tools, or integrations (bonus if you’ve worked on AI-backed features)
• Experience with UI technologies such as AngularJS or VueJS
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, etc.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and drive to learn
• Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams
