• • As a Software Engineer, Agent at Sierra Technologies, you will design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central to the company’s mission of transforming customer experiences through AI. These agents are not prototypes but scalable, revenue-driving systems deployed across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC), from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, building and tuning AI agents in production environments, partnering with large enterprises and startups to solve real-world business challenges, and shaping the future of Sierra’s platform through direct customer collaboration and prototyping.
