📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure agent-driven services that autonomously execute complex workflows using modern AI frameworks.
• Develop and enhance robust infrastructure and high-throughput APIs focused on core agent capabilities including memory, communication channels, skills, intelligent decision logic, security, and workflow management.
• Integrate AI agent systems with enterprise backend services, data stores, vector databases, search/retrieval systems, and external APIs to enable autonomous task execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI researchers, data engineers, and UX teams to translate high-level agent use cases into production-ready software solutions.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and observability for all agent components through metrics, logging, CI/CD pipelines, and fault-tolerant system design.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain code quality, scalability, and maintainability across the agent platform.
• Build and optimize distributed systems and microservices that support AI/agent workflows, with emphasis on performance, latency, and concurrency.
• Apply native agentic coding practices using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development of autonomous agent logic.
• Implement agent orchestration patterns, state management, and asynchronous workflows to coordinate multi-step decision-making loops.
• Enhance frontend tooling interfaces using React and TypeScript to provide intuitive dashboards for agent configuration, monitoring, and management.
• Operate within cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
• Maintain comprehensive testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery and quality assurance of agent systems.
• Contribute to the improvement of agent toolkits, SDKs, or internal libraries to standardize agent development practices across teams.
• Work cross-functionally to align technical implementation with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
• Translate abstract AI research concepts into functional, production-scale software components that integrate with enterprise data ecosystems.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in agent performance, system latency, and resource utilization across distributed environments.
• Drive adoption of best practices in operational engineering, including incident response, alerting, and automated recovery mechanisms for agent systems.
• Participate in design reviews and technical planning sessions to shape the evolution of the enterprise AI agent platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python in production environments
• Proficiency in native agentic coding using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and other agentic coding platforms
• Demonstrated experience building distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs that support AI/agent workflows
• Solid expertise with systems integrating AI models, agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain), vector databases, and large context reasoning services
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and operational engineering best practices
• Past work on AI agents that coordinate multi-step actions, reasoning, or autonomous decision-making loops
