📋 Description
- • Help train large language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code across a wide range of programming languages by comparing and ranking code snippets, repairing and refactoring AI-generated code, and injecting feedback into the RLHF pipeline.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating code quality, explaining why one approach is superior, identifying logic errors and performance issues, and contributing to reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) processes that improve model behavior.
- • G2i Inc. is a remote-first company connecting skilled engineers with meaningful projects; this role supports the advancement of AI-assisted software development through expert human-in-the-loop training.
- • You will deepen your expertise in code review, C++ best practices, and AI alignment techniques while contributing directly to the training of next-generation code-generating models.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in C++
- • Strong code-review instincts with ability to spot logic errors, performance traps, and security issues quickly
- • Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills for explaining code trade-offs
