📋 Description

• • As a Software Engineer, AI Capture at Notion, you will build the most advanced AI Meeting Notes product and expand it into broader AI data capture features that transform conversations into durable context, tasks, and knowledge, directly contributing to Notion’s mission of 10x’ing the rate of business context entering the platform for superhuman team memory.
• • Day to day, you will ship end-to-end product experiences across capture → transcript → summary → follow-ups with full-stack ownership, improve summary quality through structured, factual outputs with citations, raise reliability and observability via SLOs and debugging workflows, and build agentic workflows that turn discussions into actionable tasks and organized knowledge.
• • You’ll join a mission-driven team at Notion Labs, Inc., where in-person collaboration is anchored on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and where millions of users — including Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI — rely on the platform to streamline work through flexible, AI-powered tools that save time and money.
