📋 Description

• Train large language models (LLMs) to generate production-grade code across multiple programming languages by comparing, ranking, and justifying the superiority of one code snippet over another
• Repair and refactor AI-generated code to ensure correctness, efficiency, and adherence to industry style standards
• Inject structured feedback—包括 ratings, edits, and test results—into the reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) pipeline to continuously improve model performance
• Evaluate code proposals from LLMs against real-world engineering standards, identifying logic errors, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
• Document detailed justifications for code rankings and edits, ensuring feedback is clear, actionable, and consistently applied across the RLHF workflow
• Maintain the operational integrity of the RLHF pipeline by monitoring data flow, identifying anomalies, and ensuring feedback signals accurately reflect expert engineering judgment
• Collaborate asynchronously with global engineering teams to refine model outputs, requiring strong written communication and self-direction in a low-oversight environment
• Interpret and apply programming language specifications and technical documentation to evaluate code quality across diverse ecosystems
• Participate in iterative model tuning cycles by translating expert code reviews into reward signals that guide reinforcement learning behavior
• Ensure AI-generated code aligns with production expectations by validating functionality, readability, maintainability, and scalability
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of precision and consistency in code evaluation tasks
• Adapt to varying project demands and work hour fluctuations between 15 and 40+ hours per week, with no guaranteed minimum weekly hours
• Confirm eligibility to work as an independent contractor in an approved country and complete identity verification as required

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Go
• Strong code-review instincts with ability to quickly identify logic errors, performance traps, and security issues
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills for articulating code quality judgments
• Comfortable reading technical documentation and language specs
• Able to work effectively in an asynchronous, low-oversight remote environment
• Valid documentation to work as an independent contractor in an approved country
