📋 Description
- • As a Software Engineer, AI (Ruby) at G2i Inc., you will play a critical role in training large language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code by evaluating, refining, and providing expert feedback on AI-generated code across multiple programming languages.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include comparing and ranking code snippets for correctness, efficiency, and style; repairing and refactoring AI-generated output; and injecting detailed feedback (ratings, edits, test results) into the RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) pipeline to improve model performance.
- • You will work as part of a distributed, asynchronous team of expert engineers focused on aligning AI behavior with real-world software engineering standards, helping shape models that can generate code you’d actually ship in production.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in code quality, software craftsmanship, and AI alignment while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge LLM training techniques — all while working independently in a flexible, results-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Ruby
- • Strong code-review instincts with the ability to quickly identify logic errors, performance traps, and security issues
- • Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills to clearly explain why one code approach is superior to another
