📋 Description

• Software Engineer (All Levels) at Blossom Health, a Series A mental health technology company solving the mental health epidemic by expanding access to affordable, timely, clinically-effective care through an AI-native platform.
• Design and build scalable, reliable systems powering core product workflows; ship high-quality code balancing speed and technical rigor; proactively identify and resolve system reliability risks; leverage cutting-edge AI to create intuitive clinician and patient experiences; conduct thoughtful code reviews and provide technical mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of professional working experience outperforming in high-quality environments
• Fluency in TypeScript and/or Python, with experience in LLM-powered applications preferred
• Ability to build production systems end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Comfort traversing the full software stack and picking up latest technologies to drive outcomes
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to work in-person in NYC 5 days a week
