• • As a Senior Software Engineer at Nestmed, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundation of an AI-powered documentation platform that is transforming healthcare by giving clinicians back valuable time spent on documentation. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a fast-growing, seed-stage company with proven product-market fit, serving tens of thousands of clinicians and over a million patient visits annually, and trusted by more than 60 home health agencies including seven of the top ten enterprises in the US.
• • You will work directly with the CEO and CTO to own major product areas end-to-end, from backend systems to user-facing interfaces, helping to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive tools that solve real-world problems in home healthcare.
• • What you’ll own:
• • Design, develop, and maintain the voice agent for in-visit documentation, enabling clinicians to capture notes hands-free during patient visits.
• • Build and optimize coding agent workflows and automation to streamline clinical documentation and reduce manual effort.
• • Develop dynamic visit guides with real-time prompting that adapt to patient conditions and visit context.
• • Create customer-editable documentation behavior and rules engines, allowing home health agencies to customize workflows to their specific needs.
• • Work across the full stack, including designing robust APIs, building scalable backend systems, and crafting intuitive frontend interfaces that clinicians find easy and efficient to use.
