- • As a Software Engineer (backend-biased) at HiPeople, you will build scalable backend systems using Go to power AI-driven hiring tools that help recruiting teams focus on people, not process.
- • Your day-to-day work includes shipping code multiple times a day in 1-week sprints, collaborating with product and design teams, engaging with users to uncover core problems, extending automated end-to-end tests with Playwright, and raising the bar for code quality and standards.
- • HiPeople is an AI Hiring Platform used by world-leading brands like the NFL, Zapier, Celonis, and DAZN, backed by top investors and operators, operating with an extremely lean team aiming to reach $10M ARR with fewer than 20 people.
- • You will gain direct exposure to founders, own impactful AI products from day one, deepen your expertise in Go and backend systems, and grow through high-velocity, high-ownership engineering in a mission-driven environment.
