- • Develop and deploy advanced computer vision solutions within complex distributed systems to enhance industrial workplace safety.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute use cases that translate AI-driven insights into real-world safety improvements.
- • Deploy software features directly onto edge devices in client environments, ensuring low-latency, real-time processing of video and image data.
- • Build scalable, high-quality software products that operate reliably across 20+ countries and serve Fortune 500 clients including DHL, Amazon, and Tesla.
- • Apply state-of-the-art software development practices using Python and C++ to solve challenging problems in industrial computer vision.
- • Contribute to both backend systems and occasionally engage with front-end or infrastructure components to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- • Optimize real-time image and video processing pipelines to detect safety hazards with high accuracy and minimal false positives.
- • Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on achieving measurable safety outcomes, including an average 64% risk reduction within three months of deployment.
- • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and domains, including edge computing, embedded systems, and AI inference optimization.
- • Participate in the full software lifecycle—from prototyping and testing to deployment and monitoring—in client-facing, production-critical environments.
- • Maintain code quality and system reliability through rigorous testing, documentation, and collaboration with engineering peers.
- • Translate business requirements from safety-critical industrial clients into technical specifications and implement robust, scalable solutions.
- • Support the deployment and maintenance of AI models on resource-constrained edge hardware in diverse operational environments.
- • Contribute to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and accountability, where technical excellence directly impacts workplace safety globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proficiency in Python and experience with C++
- • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- • Proven track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
- • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow
- • Willingness to occasionally work on front-end or infrastructure tasks as needed to solve problems
